2. 国外供应商发货前,做旧机电进口审批
3.安排装运前检验检疫（中检CCIC）
4. 同时,合理安排通知国外供应商发货事宜;若需要办理旧机进口许可证（如果运输时间大于比较长，同时办理）；
5 货到码头后，换单提货，申请当地口岸《检验检疫通关单》，做单予海关申报（报关--审价缴税--海关查货--放行）；
